Biomed Active B-Complex provides seven B vitamins in a liquid base of glycerol and water. Folate is included as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and B12 as methylcobalamin, the forms the body can use directly rather than having to convert first. A millilitre a day, taken under the tongue or with food.

What the B vitamins do

Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B9 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function.
